AFA Summer Camp 2018
An Unforgettable Week of Fun and Fencing!
Before you think about going back to school in September, end off your summer with one last activity that is the Alberta Fencing Summer Camp! You’ll have fun fencing and enjoying all kinds of workshops and activities with friends at the University of Calgary for the week! More specific information will become available closer to the date, but secure your place now to avoid disappointment!
CAMP DATES: August 20-24, 2018 (4 nights, 5 days)
CAMP FEE: $500 (all inclusive), $250 (days only), $20 (per workshop)
AGE GROUP: Priority given to 13-20 years of age.
REGISTRATION: Registration with a $100 non-refundable deposit cheque should be sent in as soon as possible in order to ensure an entry. Final fee payment and waiver must be received by August 6, 2018.

COACHES: Head Coach- Peter Drevenka (Foil/Epee), Assistant Coach- Jake McBreen (Epee), Camp Manager- Zachary Morris (Fill for weapons where needed)
FACILITY: University of Calgary.
FOOD: Guests with any special diet information are required to inform the head office prior to the start of camp.
ACCOMODATION: Included at University of Calgary residence.
Athletes will be provided with a different expert workshops such as:
- Sport Nutrition
- Sport Psychology (Mental Preparation)
- Physical conditioning
