AGM Notice 2017
Dear members,
Alberta Fencing Association will be holding the Annual General Meeting on Saturday, October 21, 2017, in Red Deer. The AGM will take place at the Red Deer Fencing Club at 5 PM.
Club members must designate an individual to receive notices and to represent the Club at meetings of the AFA. In the absence of such designation, the designate will be the Club President. Any Club or individual member may attend the Annual General Meeting and may, by invitation, attend meetings of the Board of Directors (AFA Bylaw #6).
Please renew your annual club membership as soon as possible and confirm your attendance by October 18, 2017.
