Rankings

The AFA has implemented a new method for determining the provincial rankings. It is hoped that the new ranking system and qualification criteria will:

  1. Provide a transparent mechanism for identifying the best fencers in Alberta;
  2. Encourage attendance at AFA events;
  3. Provide recognition for non-AFA events;
  4. Encourage attendance at more developmental events;
  5. Build a strong Alberta Fencing team.
